Refund, Return & Repair Policy

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by Vivid Furniture via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

Returns

Vivid Furniture will accept product returns and provide you with refund or repair where:

• You can provide proof of purchase; and
• The product is not of merchantable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description
